Vitamin C slows or stops detox
Vitamin C slows down bile dumping , which makes you stop detoxing and start storing more toxins in the liver
Notes
Cold/flus are accelerated detox cycles. It is the result of a toxic bile dump that then causes your body to have certain symptoms (symptoms that push those toxins out of your system – through mucous, diarrhea, vomit, etc.).
Stress hormones inhibit bile dumps. When you come back to baseline after a period of stress, your stress hormones back off, and then you end up getting sick.
Toxins slow down detox. Polyphenols (like oil of oregano, grapefruit seed extract, elderberry, etc.) will slow down bile dumping. Polyphenols slow down ALDH.
Sugars and PUFAs (vegetable oils) turn into aldehydes when they break down, and slows down ALDH (detox) as well.
Vitamin C slows down bile dumping (for just a short period of time, unlike some other ways to slow it down), which makes them stop detoxing and start storing more toxins in the liver. Massive doses of vitamin C causes fatty liver because it is forcing the liver to store toxins. (Note: But low doses reduced fatty liver.)
Oxiders (hydrogen peroxide, colloidal silver, hyperbaric, sauna/heat, others) speed up detox by acting LIKE ADH/ALDH – oxidizing toxins, moving them through the detox steps.
If you’re going to pick whether to shut down an illness or oxidize it, try oxidizing it first.
Do not use liposomal C – it forces toxins deeper into your liver. Use non-GMO ascorbic acid and if you want something easier on your stomach, buffer it with sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) or potassium bicarbonate. Start with 1/4 tsp per hour if needed.
Vitamin C will break up calcium deposits and help to chelate copper, but don’t take more than 100mg per day. Probably better to just use the juice of one lemon a day in water.
Ivermectin is really good at slowing down bile dumping and ALDH. Ivermectin causes more damage along the way than Vit C, though.
“Rebound scurvy” can happen when you’re taking a lot of Vit C to slow bile dumping, then you suddenly stop. You get symptoms of scurvy. But according to Dr. Smith, scurvy is not actually vitamin C deficiency, it is Vitamin A toxicity. [See his livestream on the topic.]
